Brégancon

Full ranking and run analysis.

The Medgliders classic in easterly winds: around 14 km from Brégançon fort to La Capte or La Bergerie. Usually meet at La Capte harbour, or at La Bergerie depending on the chosen finish, then take a roughly 40-minute shuttle to Brégançon. The Brégançon car park is the only parking option for this launch, and charges may apply in summer.

Paddle beyond the fort towards the two southernmost buoys. An extra 200 metres of paddling is worthwhile to find better-aligned swell: further north, the waves are more crossed and push towards La Londe. The run then requires some angling left, towards the south, to stay on course.

More technical and more committing than Oursinado: swell, crosswind sections and stretches 3–4 km offshore. Over 14 km, struggling to get on foil or an equipment problem can mean a long, difficult journey back to shore.
